In Saransk the ground near a new perinatal medical center suddenly became green. But what is the matter?
Russian officials were going to visit this place, but the grass hadn’t had enough time to grow before their arrival. Local authorities found a very simple solution (as they condider it to be) : they decided just to paint the ground.
This serious operation took place in the heavy rain and by the help of several men dressed in green ( may be it is not an accident? ) raincoats.
This event of course wasn’t deprived of jounalists’ and internet bloggers’ interest..
Some of them suppose that it is a hydroseeding, a kind of a new agricultural technology.
